Hello, people!!! How's it going? Well, anyways, right now in my literature class, my teacher is making us write poetry. So I thought I'd share what I've got so far with you. Here goes nothing. :)

Numba uno is a set of 4 haikus about spring. :)

The wind is breathing

a cooling breeze upon me,

this pleasant spring day.

As I lay here now,

against the chilling clover,

I am at ease here.

No sound to greet me,

except the rolling grasses.

I wish this could last.

But I shall wait here,

until this spring day must end,

to savor the next.

This next one is entitled "The Curse."

I can't see.

I can't breathe.

I can't smell.

I can't blink.

I can't sing.

I can't talk.

At all.

Stupid allergies.

This one's title is "Who am I?."

I look in a mirror and what do I see?

It's not them. It's not you. Well then, who could it be?

I look in a mirror and what do I see?

I see someone who looks especially like me.

So there ya go!!! I shall soon have up my sestina. If you don't know what that is then look it up. It's like the dark side of poetry. :P
